My 1.11 re-spec is complete!
My main mage is lvl 41 alliance (Paumeghad @ Uldum). He was previously a weakish Arcane spec for leveling. It wasn't working that well, I no realize.
I installed the 1.11 patch last night and re-spec'd my talents to this:

I am now crit'ing 10-20% of the time with my fire spells and I've gained Pyroblast and Blast Wave. My fire spells have a chance to stun, and my frost spells have a 5% chance to root with Frostbite -- at range.
When that Frostbite kicks in, I can get another fireball and at least a fire blast before the mob reaches me. When they do, I can root them again with frost nova, back up and spam them with scorch and fire blast until they fall.
